
Ahmet Kağan Altıngemi

Between 2017 and 2021, Ahmet Kağan Altıngemi held various roles within AIESEC’s Compliance and Internal Audit function, serving successively as Team Member, Team Leader, Director, and Vice President. During this period, he was also actively involved in international social responsibility projects. In 2017, as part of the “Break the Barriers” project conducted in Kyiv, Ukraine, and Bucharest, Romania, he provided English language education to children. In 2018, he participated in the “Activate18” event in Egypt, where he delivered speeches and presentations on gender equality, human rights, and AIESEC’s role in career development.
Altıngemi graduated from Antalya Bilim University Faculty of Law in 2021, where he completed his legal education in English on a full scholarship.
Between 2021 and 2022, he worked at Bytelus Software Company, where he was involved in compliance, business development, and legal advisory processes, gaining experience in the legal and commercial operations of technology companies.
Altıngemi began his legal career as a trainee lawyer at MasterLaw+ Law Firm. Following his admission to the Bar, he continued at the firm as an attorney and subsequently assumed the position of Managing Attorney. During this period, he worked primarily in corporate law, commercial law, contract law, and information technology law, advising both domestic and international clients.
In 2024, he participated in the Eksim Pulse Acceleration Program, where he worked on matters relating to contracts and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Alongside his legal career, Altıngemi further developed his technical expertise by completing a degree in Computer Programming at Anadolu University, graduating in 2025. He subsequently commenced an English-taught, thesis-based Master’s degree in European Union Law at Marmara University and is currently in the thesis stage of the program.
In 2026, combining his experience in law and technology with entrepreneurship, Altıngemi became a Co-Founder of Tebli, a legal technology company.
Altıngemi currently continues his legal practice as a Partner at Momento Legal, advising and representing domestic and international clients primarily in commercial and corporate law, information technology and technology law, contract law, and international commercial transactions.
