He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University in just 3.5 years, and during his university years, he also served as a manager of his university's law club, developing his leadership and organizational skills.
He is currently admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association No. 1 under registration number 93199, and manages a broad caseload spanning labor law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, tax law, commercial law, criminal law, and insurance law.
In labor law, he advises on employer-employee disputes, severance and notice pay claims, and termination proceedings; in enforcement and bankruptcy law, on debt collection, annulment of objection, and negative declaratory actions; and in tax law, on tax court proceedings and administrative disputes.
Proficient in English at an intermediate level, Berat Bektaş places strong emphasis on up-to-date case law and legislative research in every matter he handles, developing carefully tailored legal strategies for each dispute.
