She graduated from the Faculty of Law at MEF University and has been practicing at Momento Legal since 2023.
Her practice primarily focuses on employment law, commercial law, corporate law, contract law, and dispute resolution. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial transactions, corporate governance, employment relationships, and cross-border business activities.
She has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, conducting legal due diligence, preparing legal opinions, and representing clients in litigation proceedings.
Fluent in English, she provides legal services in both Turkish and English and regularly prepares bilingual legal documentation for international transactions.
