Nursen Maosai Geharani graduated from Başkent University Faculty of Law in 2009. She obtained her attorney’s license in 2010 and commenced her legal practice. In 2011, she completed her English language studies at St. Giles International College in London. In 2017, she completed the Master’s Degree Program in Private Law with Thesis at Başkent University.
In 2016, having successfully passed the Mediation Examination administered by the Ministry of Justice, she obtained her Mediator Certificate.
She provides legal consultancy and practices as a legal specialist in the fields of enforcement and bankruptcy law, commercial law, corporate law, labor and employment law, family law, and inheritance law.
A member of the Istanbul Bar Association, Maosai Geharani also conducts mediation activities as a mediator in the fields of labor and employment law, commercial law, consumer law, and intellectual and industrial property rights.
She has a good command of English.
