He graduated from MEF University. During his high school education, he studied in Argentina for one year as part of the AFS Student Exchange Program. He served for many years as a member of the Student Council Executive Board at MEF University and also held the position of Founding President of various student clubs at the University.
He also served for one term as a Member of the Executive Board of the Internship Training Center of the Istanbul Bar Association.
He primarily provides legal advisory services to some of Türkiye's leading companies operating in sectors including the defense industry, chemicals, precious metals, and international passenger transportation.
His areas of expertise include Initial Public Offering (IPO) Preparation Processes, Capital Markets Board (CMB) Regulations, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Precious Metals Law and Regulation, Defense Industry Legislation, Intellectual Property Law, Personal Data Protection (KVKK & GDPR), International Passenger Transportation Regulations, Commercial and International Trade Law, and International Arbitration.
He is fluent in Spanish and has an intermediate command of English.
